FAQS

Is Airbrush Tanning safe?

Yes, Airbrush tanning is a safe alternative to spending hours baking in the sun to get that sexy glow. The DHA is safe on the skin.

How does Airbrush Tanning work?

Our solution dyes the outer layer of your skin with the active ingredient called dihydroxyacetone also known as DHA.

What is DHA and How does it work?

DHA is colorless and is derived from glycerin that interacts with the amino acids in the dead skin cells to produce a brown color change. It is NOT absorbed through the skin into the body and has no known toxicity.

How long has Dihydroxyacetone been around?

DHA has been listed with the Food and Drug  Administration (FDA) since 1973 and has been used in cosmetic preparations for several years.

Will the tan last?

Because the DHA browns the outer layer of the skin only, your airbrush will need to be repeated to maintain that bronzed glow as your skin cells are constantly being shed. The tan will last on average of 5-7 days depending on your skin care routine.
